We planned and created this milestone 40th birthday party as a surprise for the birthday girl and her closest friends. The brief from her husband was it needed to be luxurious, secret and include accommodation. We booked the Homestead at Annandale and set the scene with invitations on boxed Moet piccolo bottles. Intrigued guests were greeted at a nearby location and escorted in convoy to Annandale. Arrival drinks were hosted at the pool, then they had the afternoon tto enjoy the property before the black tie event began. A mixologist created signature drinks on the front lawn, and a leisurely trust the chef degustation dinner was hosted on the expansive lawns at a botanical styled table, under the magical ambience of festoon lighting. Chef Paul Jobin presented and explained each course, creating a very special experience, and interaction with the chef. Cocktails and dancing into the night on the lawn was the perfect end to this luxurious milestone celebration.
