Lisa is the creator behind The Event Boutique. She has a love for beauty and colour and a background as a contemporary artist and graphic designer. Spending years travelling the world, including living and working in Australia, London and New York City, Lisa gained extensive experience and studied Event Design in NYC, under one of the worlds most recognised event designers, Preston Bailey.
Returning to her home city of Christchurch, Lisa wanted to make event planning easy for clients. So The Event Boutique is a full service (one-stop-shop) and can organise everything for your event. From Event & Wedding Planning, Styling, Co-ordination to Graphic Design, Hire, Florals and setup - we really can take care of everything for your event!
With a love for the details Lisa believes all the details and colours must work perfectly together. With a curated hire collection of beautiful items often custom made, and fresh ideas, Lisa creates weddings and events that are elegant with a modern edge.
In her time off you'll find Lisa walking Hugo, her Spoodle or connecting with friends talking about life, love and business! And with a love for the elegance of Italy, Lisa spends part of the year based in Italy.

IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
In my personal and working life, I'm all about the details and ensuring everything is carefully considered and in it's right place! So for events, I'll often spend hours researching ideas, staying up all hours searching for the perfect colour or product, or working out how to produce a unique feature that'll I just know will add the wow factor.
On event day, with my meticulous eye for detail, I always make sure everything is perfectly aligned. From chairs to cutlery and everything at your venue! If there's something unsightly at your venue, you can rest assured I'll make sure it's moved out of sight! And it's exactly this attention to detail that allows me to continually deliver amazing events!
